Babs (Abby) ventured to London for the day to hang out. She’s good like that. We had two things on the agenda for the day – a feast in Chinatown followed by the London Zoo. Abby’s friend had suggested London Jade Garden in Wardour St. so we headed there and Dim Summed it up. Abby goes into more detail about the meal on her blog as that’s her thing, but it did not disappoint. We had a big pot of Jasmine tea along with siu mai, char siu bau, har gau dumplings and turnip cake (that was a new experience)

After lunch we headed to the zoo and the weather couldn’t have been nicer. It was sunny & hot - the perfect zoo faring day.
